Studio Unicorn is located in Redding Connecticut, only an hour from New York City .

At 36 Sanford Town Rd. Redding, there is a STUDIO UNICORN sign on the stone wall. It’s a TAN House at the base of a steep hill just as the road bends sharply.

Follow the driveway all the way around back and Park on the LEFT side in back. There is a path on the left side going up to a large deck where you will see another Studio Unicorn sign by the entrance. 

There is a cottage on the right in back, but that’s a rental property of mine. Please don’t block that garage.

Studio is on the left in back. If it gets crowded in the back, there is plenty more parking room in the front of the main house.
